We recommend buyers obtain an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy. Most lenders require the borrower to purchase a Lender’s Title Insurance Policy for the Lender. We provide a simultaneous credit/discount when issuing an Owner’s and Lender’s title policy at the same time. Title Insurance Fee per filed/published rates.

MAILAWAY SIGNING FEES
Boomerang Title offers the benefit of a nationwide Mobile Notary Network providing for convenient and easy out-of-state signings. Notaries conduct signings with client(s) at their preferred signing location, no printing/mailing required by the client, which helps minimize any recording and disbursing delays associated with “traditional” mailaways.

For cash closings and seller signings, clients have the option to obtain their own notary for a $150 facilitation fee. Note that this requires the client to print, scan, and mail the documents. (We provide shipping label).
